Product

What we make.

A front desk that handles every arrival, accounts for everyone if the alarm sounds, and keeps a record you can stand behind.

  • Every arrival, handled.

Visitors, contractors, employees and deliveries each have their own sign-in journey at every site, and each can be switched on or off.

    Visitor sign-in
  • Everyone accounted for.

Starting a roll-call snapshots everyone signed in at the site, wardens and managers mark people as accounted for from their phones, and every device stays in sync live.

    Fire roll-call
  • A record you can stand behind.

A tamper-evident audit log records visits and administrator changes, and owners can verify it and export it.

What you can hold us to.

  • Plain about what is missing.

Our pricing page lists what ReceptionOS does not do yet, and our security page lists what we do not hold yet. We hold no security certification yet, and we say so.

    What we don’t hold yet
  • Welsh from the start.

The kiosk is available in seven languages, with Cymraeg listed first, then English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, and visitors can switch on every screen.

    Welsh language
  • Built and supported in Cardiff.

Support is by email, in UK business hours, and we reply within one working day.

See it on your own front desk.

Book a 20-minute demo on video, or on site in South Wales. If it fits, we’ll set up a 30-day pilot on a tablet you already own.

In 20 minutes we’ll show you:

  1. The kiosk in English, then Cymraeg
  2. A contractor held for approval
  3. A host’s email arriving
  4. A live roll-call across two phones, one losing signal

We reply within one working day.
